Privacy Policy

• Your email address.It is your account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the email address they share with us and nothing else from your profile is stored. If you use Apple's “Hide My Email”, we only ever see the relay address.
• Profile details you choose to give. Gender, body type, height and weight, used to describe you to the image model so the photos look like you. Height and weight are optional.
• Selfies you upload and the photos we generate from them.
• Purchase records. The pack, the number of credits, the price and the date. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe on the website and by Apple in the app; we never see them.
• Usage information. On the website we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages people visit and where they get stuck. Clarity records anonymised sessions of how pages are used. We also record basic product events, such as finishing a step or starting a generation, in our own database.

Your selfies are sent to our image model provider to generate the photos you ask for, and for nothing else. We do not use them, or the photos generated from them, to train any AI model, and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside the providers listed below. The photos we generate are yours to use.

We use a small number of providers to run the service:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and API, stores your account, selfies and photos, and sends our login code emails.
• OpenAI generates your photos from your selfies. Its API terms do not allow it to use them to train its models; it may keep them for a limited period to monitor for abuse.
• Google and Apple provide sign-in if you choose them. Google also provides Google Analytics on the website.
• Stripe processes payments on the website. Apple processes purchases in the app, and RevenueCat confirms those purchases to us, identified by your account email.
• Microsoft Clarity provides session analytics on the website.

We keep your selfies, photos and profile until you delete them or delete your account. Removing a selfie deletes the file straight away. Login codes expire after ten minutes.

Deleting your account removes your selfies, your generated photos, your profile and any unused credits. We keep the record of past purchases, because tax and accounting rules require it.

In the app, go to Account and tap Delete account. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you only use the website, or something goes wrong, email Contact us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.

PhotoDating.ai is for adults. You must be 18 or over to use it, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email.
