This is a plain-language summary of the terms for using PhotoDating.ai. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Acceptable use
You may only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you explicit permission. Generated photos must represent the real person in the source selfies. Impersonation and misuse are prohibited.
Credits & refunds
Credits are sold in one-time packs and never expire. We offer a money-back guarantee when less than half of a pack's credits have been used.
Commercial rights
Paid plans include full commercial usage rights to the photos you generate.
