Terms of Service

You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address, Google account or Apple ID secure, because that is how you sign in.

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you explicit permission.
• Don't use generated photos to impersonate anyone, to deceive people about who you are, or in breach of the rules of the dating app or site you post them on.
• Don't try to produce sexual, violent or otherwise harmful images, or images of children.
• Don't abuse the service, for example by automating it, reselling it or trying to get around its limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. If we do, we will refund unused credits unless the account was used to cause harm.

Photos are generated by an AI model from your selfies. They aim to look like you on a good day, but the model can get details wrong. Check each photo before you use it, and only use the ones that are a fair likeness. We can't promise any particular result on a dating app, such as more matches.

Credits are sold in one-time packs. They are not a subscription and nothing renews. Credits don't expire while your account exists. Deleting your account deletes any unused credits.

Bought on the website:if you've used less than half of a pack's credits and you're not happy, email us and we will refund it in full.

Bought in the iOS app: Apple processes the payment, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue App Store refunds ourselves, but if a generation went wrong, email us and we will put it right.

You keep the rights to the selfies you upload. You may use the photos we generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You give us permission to store and process your selfies only to generate your photos and run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you use the PhotoDating iOS app, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or make mistakes, and we may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app, or by emailing us. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
